Nestor Balicoco, Leeward/Central Oahu Operations
Nestor joined Akahi Services, Inc. in 1980 as a landscape maintenance
gardener and has risen through the ranks to supervising the work of over 25 employees
in Leeward, Central and North Oahu operations. On many occasions Nestor has gone
above and beyond the call of duty for clients, gathering bulky items for trash
pick-up, monitoring/replacing light fixtures, even catching feral chickens! Our
project managers regularly comment on Nestor's pro-active and quick response to
their requests.
Sokhar Chhin, East/Honolulu Oahu Operations
Prior to joining Akahi Services, Inc., Sokhar had over ten
years experience as a small-engine mechanic/repair manager. In 1989 he became
our equipment and auto fleet mechanic. Sokhar eventually evolved into our East
Oahu/Honolulu landscape maintenance supervisor due to this desire to become more
involved with Akahi Services' operations and success. Today, Sokhar not only oversees
his maintenance projects, but is also back at the helm of managing our automotive
and equipment shop.
